Can the 23-225 replace my DSH 50121

Home Owner from Norway

Hi, I wonder if your 23-225 is the same as DSH 50121?

It looks very identical, and I need to fix my doors.

If so, I would like to order from you

Here is a photo of the DSH 50121 part. My problem is that the doors is very heavy to slide from side to side. I just cut to two tags that sticks longer than the wheel for a test. And now it is working. I think the problem is the senter of the wheel is not in the center all the time. I can move the wheel up and down. So when I slide my doors, it is the two sticks that take all the load.

But I dont think it is safe to have it like that. What do you tink?

Best regards, Arne

Hi Arne, thanks for your patience during our busy season. I agree, it sounds like the actual assembly may be wearing down, which means they may eventually fail on you. You were right, the 23-225 is the correct replacement for your old roller; this is a ball-bearing version of the 23-225. Let me know what you think.

I'm afraid that we can't sell these tracks in lengths greater than 72" due to shipping limitations. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
