This balance assembly came from my Silverline vinyl, double-hung, tilt sash windows that were installed in 1989. Where can I find replacement parts for these?

Do you have a close up view of the S775 shoe. Also, where do you take the measurement of the shoe to determine if it's 1" or 1 1/4"?

Sure, see a photo of the S775 shoe below. You would measure the width straight across the hook.
