Needing to replace the crank and scissor mechanisms on both windows-I spoke to Brian and he pointed me to your website. I am looking to replace these parts-Possibly the "encore" items??

Your operator resembles our 39-083. Your connecting bracket should also be replaced since it's rusted, please see our 39-170. Look over our dimensions for each of these items and compare them to your current hardware to see how they match up. If they differ in any way, please let us know exactly how.
