I have several windows that I am needing to replace the pivot lock shoe on. I have attached a picture. Do you have this replacement part?

Thanks for posting! Before we can offer an applicable replacement, can you first give me the dimensions? I will especially need to know its width and thickness. Can you also perhaps show me a picture of the balance used with it?

15/16" wide and 1/2" thick. I have attached some pictures of the balance.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your dimensions seem to fall somewhere between our 15-167 and 15-179. Please compare their dimensions to your own pivot shoe and see if you could use either as replacements.
