Damage Crank Unit

Please help me with product identification. The unit is good, just my crank seems to be the problem. Should I replace the entire unit or can I just replace the crank.

Please see the attached photos of my broken encased window cranks. I believe I need part #'s 39-032 & 39-031. I also thought that I may just need the crank itself, but need help determining if it's best to just replace the entire unit.

I agree with your assessment that your operators resemble the 39-031 and 39-032 operators. To confirm, please review the dimensions to determine a good fit. The operator will need to be replaced as the metal spline that the handle fits onto has been stripped out.
