Damage channel balance

I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. I am especially looking to see the top and bottom plastic attachments from the balance as well as the stamp from the metal channel of the balance.

It looks like you have either our S380-33 or S385-33 with a 3240 stamp. Like your balances, these have a winged top and a winged bottom. To determine which of these balances is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

It does appear that they are over 1", however, it may help to get a measuring tape with small measurement increments to confirm for use. It is difficult to tell based on the photo and the measuring tool being used.
