Damaged (I think) awning hinge

Question

I have a Jeld-Wen awning sash that falls out of the window frame due to a disconnected hinge.  The plastic bit at the top of the picture appears to be damaged/broken.  The longer leg of the hinge that attaches to the window frame looks to be about 22" long.  The damaged hinge is the right side as you look out of the window.  If hinges are only sold as sets - I'll take a whole set.

Note that we recommend replacing hinges in pairs.
