Damaged Jeldwen window , need parts!

This is a Jeld Wen casement window. When you open it, the left side opens outwards, towards the right.

The brackets that attach to the window pins/hinges and slide in the track are broken.

Also, the lower guide bar, not the levers that move the window, has had the pin connecting it to the frame sheared off.

Thanks for posting. It sounds like you might need a new casement hinge set. Look over our 36-004-10. See if the dimensions match what you need.
