Damaged handle

Kids ripped off the handle to our sliding glass door on our back porch. Looking to buy the handle assembly 2800-03 is the only number I can find on it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Ken

Hey Ken. This looks like an 82-218 Mortise Lock, so a handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing like our 82-030 can work for you. Take a look and see what you think.

Hi,

I have a similar issue. The casting 2800-03 has failed, cracking into 3 pieces. I would like to order the part - trying to figure out the best approach. I have two doors with identical hardware. On the other door, the locking mechanism has failed.

Hey Paul. Those codes aren't necessarily reliable to go off of in a lot of cases; however if the handle set looks like the one above, and has 3-15/16" hole spacing, then the 82-030 should work for you. If in doubt, send us photos of your existing hardware and I'd be happy to make further verification.
