Damaged lock on my casement window, multi point

A home owner from Torrance, California says:
I need your help in identifying the correct replacement part for my multi point latch window lock.
Unfortunately, there are no identifying marks on the damaged part. The hole space center to center measures 3-7/8 inches. Thank you for your assistance.

The lock you show is non longer available. We have two options available: our 38-095 and 38-096. You will need to measure the fork of your lock and compare it to both replacements. Let us know which of the two it is most compatible with.
