Damaged plastic pieces at the top of the window

It looks like you have a broken top sash guide that is used to hold the channel balance in place below the sash. There's a good chance that we can supply a replacement but we would need to see an undamaged guide removed from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory. See the videos below to assist you. 

Thanks for getting back to us but we would need to see the guide fully removed from the window sash since only the top is visible while it is still installed.
