I have the same hinge and only need replacement damper adjustable damper.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the hinge or secondary damper piece shown in your photos. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
