Can someone please help with the part number for this slide

The stainless track is 12 inches long the arm is close to 7
1/2 wide

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry a casement hinge with a 12" base but you should be able to use the 36-048 with a 10" base. Just keep in mind that the window may not open quite as wide and you'll need to replace both the top and bottom hinges. Thanks for posting!
