Daryl awning windows in condo in Honolulu with incorrect operators

Question

The window operators seem to be incorrect&mdash;the windows don&rsquo;t fully close. The original units appeared to have only four screw holes: two on the top and two on the bottom. It looks like the wider one was drilled to accommodate upgrades over the years but I could be wrong.  How do I tell which operator will work with the mechanism/arms shown in the photo? There are two different awning window types, same brand, but I suspect same mechanism goes on both.

Unforutnately, we can't determine if your operators are incorrect since we base our recommendations on the original hardware installed in the window. I can say that we offer the 39-016 and 39-017 box operators used in Daryl windows, but you'll ned to compare the specifications below to confirm if it's a match.
