Dash balance cord

i have ordered pivot lock from you, however the sash balance cords has been deteriorated, I am checking if you are carrying the cords for that or purchase the sash balance? parviz aminifar

Hello,

I'd recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the plain S770-34 channel balance to your assembly. If it's a match, the 34B strength option will support a sash between 16-22 pounds. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!
