Dbl hung window coil spring assembly replacement

Hi always relying on Swisco as have several small unit properties and need help identifying replacement parts. See attached photo of coil spring unfoiled. The stamped numbers say 6.5 35" and don't see Swisco replacement product. Don't know if it's a Titen as noted in your web page
Think best to replace both the busted coil assembly and the same window operational assembly. Await your guidance and advice...thx~
