Any idea of brand for this? I need to find covers for about 5 or 6 of them.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the commercial door lock shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
