Deck slider door

Question

I have two slider doors (more than 40 years old). The handles and latches are worn and no longer working.
I am not sure what the make and manufacturer of the door and parts are but hopefully the pictures and the nomenclature that I found on the handle and latch will help identify a replacement:

Thanks for the detailed information and photos. Our 82-033 door handle set and 82-244 mortise lock appear to look similar to your parts. Take a look and let us know if these are a match for you.
