I need your help. I have older windows, and I didn't see and markings or a manufacture sticker on the window, or frame. I need new window balancers, ten-balancers in total. Can you please let me know if you need any additional information from me ?
Thanks for reaching out. To determine the correct replacement recommendation, I'll need to know if this is a tilt or non-tilt window. If non-tilt, I'll need to see a photo of how the balance attaches to the sash.
If the the window is a tilt window, our S900 or our S600 Spiral Balances would be the best replacement. The difference between them is that the S900 has a 3/8" Diameter, the S600 has a 5/8" diameter (which can sometimes measure 9/16").
