Del Mar Toronto Casement Window

Question

Del Mar Toronto casement windows.

I understand these windows, and the original parts, are no longer available (Manufacturer went out of business?)

I am selling my home and I need parts and/or recommendations on how to address
3 issueswith my Del Mar casement windows: (Photos attached)

1) Broken Latches
2) Leaking Seals
3) Broken/cracked glass

The local installer is out of business and so is the original manufacturer (I think).

Really appreciate any advice you can offer.

Hello! We are unfortunately not able to help with either the leaking seals or broken glass; you will need to contact a local glass shop for assistance on both of those points.

We can help with the latch, at least. While yours is an old style I believe our 38-036 can be used as a replacement. Look it over and see what you think!
