Del Mar window hardware

A home owner from RI says:
These are Silverline window operators? The windows are 25 years old and I guess Anderson purchased them years ago. We aren't able to get these bars from them. It basically is screwed into bottom underside of window and the other end is screwed into bottom frame. They are labeled as rt or lt. they basically open and close the window.
