how do u remove this rollerfrom door

To access the roller, you will need to remove the bottom rail from the sliding patio glass door. Please refer to the related video below for guidance on how to remove the bottom rail from the door. While the featured roller is held in place with a set pin, your roller is secured by "ears" at the back end. To remove the roller, you will need to spread the end of the door rail to allow the roller to come out.

for the 81-047 do i have to remove bottom rail or can i remove set screw and pull out the bottom i rather not mess with the glass

In our experience, the bottom rail has to be removed to access the roller assembly.
