Hi. We have a rental unit with these balances, 9/16ths wide, the metal is 29". I ordered 29" Series 385 Channel Balance option: 2830 S385-29 and they seem close, the tabs on the flat end seem too thick to slide into the track on the frame. Is there an end piece with thinner tabs/wings on the end? Thanks!

Thanks for posting. To my eye this looks more like our S370-29. This has the 19-004 Nylon Top and the 15-002 Shoe attached. Just go over the dimensions of those two fitting to ensure they match what you have. You would need a stamp option of 2830.
