Thanks for posting! Your channel balance looks like it could be either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these is the correct fit, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

Since your balance has a 26DS32 stamped on it, I believe your sash may weigh 32lbs. That said, you can likely use the 2660 stamp option; although, I would strongly encourage double checking the sash weight.
