Do you have a replacement for a sliding glass door handle that has screw holes that are 4" apart?

We have a number of handle sets with 3-15/16" hole spacing, which work with mortise locks like the 82-218 or 82-239. See our 82-030, for instance. If you're uncertain, please show us photos of your hardware.
