One is broken and one is detached
please advise about the parts and installation videos if available.
Also looking for same color butterfly handle if available

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see the operator base as well to determine what you have and which accessories would be compatible. It would also help to see a clear photo of an intact arm fitting fully removed from the track. Thank you!

Take a look at the 39-700 operator on the website to see if this will work on your window. As of now, we only carry it in the white finish. Take a look at the 39-700 and confirm that it will work on your window. If so, we'll be happy to check if any other color options are available.
