Deteriorating QLON seals from sun

Question

Seals are marked QLON.  Hard plastic I beam embeded in foam and covered son soft vinyl. Fit in slot on window.  Bottom of seal is 7mm.  Narrow part is about 5mm. Top of I-beam is about 9mm.  Bottom to top of seal is 12mm.  I have found QLON parts on the internet, but not with this I-beam construction.  Any ideas where I might find a seal that would work or what to do if I cannot? This weatherstripping isn't made anymore, unfortunately, but believe it or not I think you can use our 58-170B as a substitute. I know it looks different but it's likely the best option we have available to us. If you'd like, you can order a sample of it here. That way you can try it out before you commit to a purchase.
