Determining stamp on window balance rod

A handy person from New Mexico says:
My 26" (metal only length) balance rod has the following stamp: 25 3 DS CALDWELL

It's from a small size single hung window so I'm guessing the 3 would indicate the weight stamp?

Thanks for posting. The 25-3 does indicate the stamp option (2530, in our rating system). This doesn't tell us the balance's identity though. To know that, we need photos to narrow down the possibilities. See the video below.
