Hi. Missing entire device, but I took a picture of the application and my to scale sketch. Condo built early 1980s, Los Angeles.

I'm sorry, I cannot identify what you have from these photos. It looks like your window is fairly old, so without seeing the original part I don't think we'll be able to identify it. Do you have an identical window in the house that may still have its hardware?
