Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us a photo of the clip attached at the end of the cord? If it broke off, you'll have to use an undamaged version as a reference. Can you also confirm the stamp on the metal channel? Lastly, how many balances are you looking to order?

The end is like 3/8" rectangular with hole for the string.

Thanks! We suspect you might have the Series 770 but I don't see a clip in your photos. Can we see a photo of it or can you confirm that it is the 15-043?

Additionally, the 20H stamp option exceeds our weight charts and your balance uses a rivet to install with an S-clip so this must be a custom order.
