Difference between 70-008 and 70-009?

When do you use a 70-008 and when a 70-009?

I have 5/16 X 3/4 Screen Frame.

It would depend on the size of the fat end of the pin. The 70-008 has a 7/32" diameter pin head, while the 70-009 has a 5/32" diameter pin head. You'll have to measure your original to confirm the best match.
