Difficult Likit Sliders

Question

Hello,
we rent, and our windows in the living room and bedrooms no longer stay in their track when open. They are tipping out and I think it's because the plastic parts have crumbled.
Additionally sliding them is incredibly hard. Can you help me to find the pieces that I need for a window probably made in the 60's? The only thing I can see left in terms of #'s is a patent # on the lock part.
It shows Likit Hayward California patent number 298-8001 on the locks.

Can we see some photos of the parts you think you need? We'd also like to see a photo of your track, to judge why it might not be sliding properly.
