we have vista double hung windows that tilt in for cleaning. Installed in 2010. some of the pivot shoes have broken and we need to purchase replacements. We have the original label that says "Visa Window Company"
number at the very end of the window label reads,9210193/07

In order to assist you, I will require a clear photo of the part in question removed from the window and, ideally, in undamaged condition. Written dimensions will also be helpful; you'll need to know what size your shoe is anyway, for the purposes of comparison.
