Dimension of inside hole in 32-039

Hi, do you know the width of the inside hole of 32-039? I saw that the lighter white part can be punched out. Do you know how difficult that would be? Is it meant to be disassembled by hand?

The two pieces in the 32-039 snap together, but once they are together they can't come apart without drilling. As for the inner diameter, it is approximately 13/32". I hope this information helps!
