Thanks for posting. This looks like the 81-158 Tandem Roller to me. The dimensions match what you report, except for the wheels, which are 1-1/2" in diameter; but you can adjust the roller to make up this difference. I am afraid however that there is no stainless steel version of this roller. I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me know if you have any questions.
