Dimensions for Handle Set

Question

Trying to figure out if this will fit but I can?t find any dimensions. My current handle is 10? total and 4? between the screws. The door already has a mortised double latch and I was hoping this would just be a drop in replacement. We?d like a keyed lock on the outside. I?ll attach a photo. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in. Confirm that your current handle set has a hole spacing, or the distance between the centers of each mounting hole, of 3-15/16". If so, I think the 82-086 would be a better match for a keyed replacement. Let me know what you think.
