Dimensions of Rollers

Home Owner from Whitehouse, Ohio
I need two rollers. Each is 5/8" wide and 1-7/16" high. Each has two metal 1-1/4" diameter wheels. The screw that raises/lowers the roller is 2-3/8" long and as you can see in my attached pictures, the screw fits into a cylinder tube which is 1-5/16" long.

Hello,

Our closest replacement option for your roller would be the 81-156 but please note that our part does not have the same screw cylinder, so you would need to reuse the original.

Take a look and see how the dimensions shown on our product page compare to your roller to determine if this could work as a replacement for your door. Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback. Does the side adjustment screw on the 81-156 come all the way out?

There is a crimp at the end of the threaded portion of our adjustment screw that is designed to keep it from falling out accidentally but you may still be able to manipulate it out of the housing if you're handy.

If not, you might be able to use an elongated screwdriver to access the adjustment screw that comes with the 81-156 while it's installed depending on the design of your door.
