This looks possibly like an S380-37 Channel Balance, with a stamp option of 3650. However, make sure that your balance's bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1". The depth is the 'heel-to-toe' measurement of the shoe. If this depth is 7/8" instead, you might need balances with the 15-029 shoe attached instead of the one we use with the Series 380 (the 1" 15-005). Let us know if that's the case, and we can build balances with the 7/8" shoe attached via a custom order.

A home owner from 33470 says:
Thanks, I measured the shoe and it is 7/8". How do I go about doing a custom order. I also have more items to order as well and would like to place one order. Can I order the items I need on line and you add the Huston items? Or let me know the best way to proceed.

I just sent you an email with a custom link enclosed to order (2) 37" Channel Balances, stamped 3650, and with the 19-005 Top and 15-029 Bottom attached. Let me know if you need a different amount, or have any other questions.

Any other items you can add to your cart via our online store. Let me know if you have further inquiries.
