Direct force balance coil?

Question

The slot in the pivot shoe will not turn.  The part moves up and down but can't lock it in place.  Need to replace this whole piece.  No identifying marks.  Window is double hung 24 years old.

Hey there. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe. The double support is the 15-181 and 15-182 drums. These pieces work with the Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Let me know if you have further questions.
