Direct replacement p/n needed for USIP cabinet hing

I see others have had same inquiries for this brand and part #. I Understand USIP is no longer in business. I have included part (patent) numbers in photos. Also included are dimensions in both standard and metric. Please note: dimensions of 3 mounting holes on the heel plate are measured from the center of the hinge pin. I've found this dimension is more critical to direct fit hole dimension than the leading radius that transitions to the heel plate as this radius dim changes from one manufacturer to another. The actual width and length of the heel plate and two hole exterior mounting plate can be slightly different as long as hole dimensions are consistent to hing pin and of course, each other as noted on drawing.
