I see 23 c has been discontinued. Any recommendations? Any there any other parts that would work?

Hey there. 23C is not a part number. It just tells us the balance's strength. Balances are identified by the end attachments. It appears you might have the S351-24 or S390-24 Channel Balance, depending on the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 2330.
