trying to find one of these or what can replace it?
Believe it is a Grass Euro 136168
Or photos of both hinge and mounting bracket as we don't see anything wrong with it but see no way to keep it together.

Thanks for reaching out! We do not have an exact match for the hinges you have here, however our 32-340 and 32-346 may work as a replacement. I can't make any guarantees that these would work as replacements but they are worth considering.
