I am trying to find these picot bars and these tilt latches

Hello. For the pivot bar, see if the 26-226 matches. As long as the one of the holes on this aligns with the hole on the old one, I think it could work.

For the tilt latches, we need to see one of the surface levers removed, with its prongs on the underside visible. The length of those prongs, and the distance between them, will narrow it all down.

These are the inside of our tilt latches would the ones you selll work??

I do recognize this latch, but I'm sorry to say that we do not sell a replacement that will work. This was discontinued back in 2018, according to my records.
My best recommendation for an alternative would be to install a surface-mount tilt latch. It takes a little handiwork but as long as you have room to drill holes, it should work well. You can see our full selection here. The video below will also show you how it can be done.
