Do I have Part 23-099

A home owner from Staten Island, NY says:

Hello, I hope I identified my part correctly as part 23-099. Is roller in that part replaceable? I have 6 rollers wear out right in the middle. May be installers used wrong tracks - roller runs between 2 aluminum tracks about 1/16" thick. What are correct tracks to use with those rollers? Thanks and have a nice day...

The 23-099 may work, but it really depends on your dimensions. How well do our measurements match yours? The 23-099 is meant to work with our 23-249 Paniflex door track.
