Do I have Part 23-099

Hello, I hope I identified my part correctly as part 23-099. Is roller in that part replaceable? I have 6 rollers wear out right in the middle. May be installers used wrong tracks - roller runs between 2 aluminum tracks about 1/16" thick. What are correct tracks to use with those rollers? Thanks and have a nice day...
