Do I have the 10-057?

A landlord from Tulsa, Oklahoma says:

I tried to find a drawing with measurements on the 10-057 and had no luck. I have attached a crude drawing of the one I have. It also has a spring sleeve that the part in the drawing slip into. Is this the 10-57. It does have the cross hair design in the bottom

Strange. These dimensions should have been available on the 10-057. I'll post them here to be sure.
