A contractor from Vancouver says:
I live in Vancouver British Columbia I'm wondering if there's somebody here to get these tracks or can I order them through you and have them delivered they are 20 inch channel ballots

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We do carry replacement balances and you can order through us, yes! As for what you have, this looks like it could be our Series 350 like you picked out. I would just confirm the depth of the bottom shoe; the Series 350 comes with our 15-004, which is 1-3/32" deep. As long as yours matches that measurement then you should be good to go!

A contractor from Vancouver says:
Sorry I don't understand depth of bottom shoe, could you send a photo of what to measure please ,it also has a 9E stamped on mental track

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Sure. if you stand the balance straight up, just as it is while installed, then it would be the shoe's "heel to toe" measurement. See the image below for clarification.

Balance shoe depth example.
A contractor from Vancouver says:
Okay thank you for the explanation I measured it 1 1/32

Great! In that case, our S350-20 should work well as a replacement. I figure yours is just worn down a little from wear over the years.
