Do I have the Series 380 3140 Channel Balance

I am trying to make sure I get the right channel balance. The width of the show is 1 1/8". The top is 11/16". The channel is 1/2". The length of the channel balance (metal part) is 32 5/8". The stamp is 32 space 3. The weight of the sash is 25 lbs. I believe I have a series 380 channel balance 3140.

Hello! The Series 380 will not replace your balance. You have a special design with extended travel in the cord. The tell-tale clue is the fact that you have a wheel built into the bottom nylon shoe.

We can supply this, but it will have to be a custom order. I'd just like you to confirm the exact weight of your sash. Your original stamp of 32-3 indicates a sash weight of 17 through 22 pounds. If your sash is 25 pounds, we'd have to bump that up to 32-4. It's not a big deal to do that, I just want to be 100% sure we get you the right hardware.
