Do I have your 26-402?

This piece is installed in a KK window. Double hung windows that pivot in to remove. There is a track in the window for the hanging track, but no deeper track for this piece. It is flat-backed. I measured it at 3/8" wide, 1.5" long, and 9/16" deep, but that may not be perfectly accurate. It appears similar to Product 26-402. Does that seem right?

Your dimensions are close to our 26-402. May we see the pivot shoe that your tilt bar fits into, in order to judge if it will work?

So, I purchased this piece, but it is too long. Is there another that is shorter? This pic shows the old on the right and the new that is too long on the left. It doesn't have to be as much shorter as this pic shows, but about halfway between the two would work.

I'm sorry to hear it didn't work. Unfortunately, the manufacturer doesn't have a shorter pivot bar. This is the only possible replacement option we have available.
