Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to confirm if the Series 385 is the correct replacement balance without seeing a photo of the bottom shoe. You'll need to confirm that the shoe has a winged bottom and that it has a 1-3/32" depth measurement.

Take a look at the diagram below to confirm the design and depth measurement of your shoe. If one or both of these details is different, then you will need a different replacement balance. In that case, I would need to see a photo of your balance shoe.

Your channel balance could be either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe depth or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe depth. Unfortunately, I am unable to tell which of these you have from the photos of the ruler. You'll need to carefully compare the dimensions to confirm. It might be better to use a tape measurer to get the most accurate measurement.
