Do I need a new crank or whole new assembly?

Landlord from Austin, TX
I have this casement window which swings bottom-out. There are two arms that sort of sizor out. The crank seems stripped and just falls out.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Do to the handle spline being stripped, you will need a new operator. To further review, are you able to provide a picture that shows how the arms attach to the window sash? From there we can determine the best fit for your window. Thank you!

Sure! Here are a couple of the sash attachment, and I did find a brand (Truth).

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Please start by reviewing the 39-348 awning operator that connects to the window track with the 36-078 shoe stud. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
